This Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) Intensive Training Unit is an invitation to do the deep work that ministry requires—work that begins within.
Designed for those discerning, forming, or refining their pastoral identity, this unit offers a structured, reflective, and challenging learning environment where self-awareness, theology, and lived experience meet real-world ministry practice. Participants will engage in supervised clinical encounters, group reflection, and personal formation work that sharpens both presence and purpose.
Led by Omir Kerry, this intensive creates space to examine how your history, beliefs, boundaries, and inner life shape the way you show up for others. You will not only gain tools for pastoral care—you will deepen your understanding of who you are in ministry, and why that matters.

Theme: My Story, Your Story, Their Story: The Place of Intersection
This Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) Intensive invites participants to explore how personal narrative, shared experience, and communal context intersect in pastoral care. Through clinical practice, reflection, and supervision, candidates will deepen self-awareness and strengthen their capacity for meaningful, relational ministry.

Theme: Exploring the Inner Self: Foundations of Pastoral Identity and Ministry
This CPE Intensive focuses on the inner work of ministry—examining how personal history, theology, and identity shape pastoral presence and practice. Participants engage in supervised clinical encounters and reflective learning designed to foster growth, clarity, and integrity in ministry.
